With artist Kari Del Vecchio you will learn:

How to get started creating.

The meaning of Chakra colors and what the colors mean for you.
The intention of this course is for you to learn a new way to create that has no mistakes, concentrating on playing with color, focusing on the process of simply creating something, and not on what that something should look like.
Journaling is probably one of the best things you can do for yourself.
For me, journaling through art about my feelings serves as simple meditation practice. Having some time to yourself to write, draw, or create in your journal not only reduces stress but increases self-confidence while increasing creativity.

• 5 - 90 minute virtual classes
• Wednesdays 3:00-4:30 PM
